Given a meeting name, fetches prior transcripts (Grain, Fathom, or pasted notes), calendar context, and email history to build a dashboard listing what you owe, what they owe, and suggested talking points. Use 15 to 30 minutes before any external meeting so you never re-ask questions you already have answers to.
What you get
- Owed-items list
- Open items from last meeting
- Suggested agenda
- Recent context digest
- Attendee bios
- Attached files pulled from Drive
Customize your output
- Transcript source: Grain, Fathom, Otter, Fireflies, pasted
- Days back to search: 7, 30, 90
- Format: dashboard, bullets
- Attendees to enrich: all, external only
- Include Drive files: yes, no
- Meeting name or ID: free text
Example output
'You owe SEO Guy trial counts and new site access. He owes keyword map. Agenda: pricing page redesign.'
Best for
Founders and sales AEs prepping several calls per day.
Note: Best with a call recorder connector but works from pasted transcript. High confidence.
