Before & after

Same prompt, same agent — the only difference is the skill.

PromptHow do I tell our company story consistently across investors, employees, and customers?
Beforegeneric AI agent
That's an important challenge. Having a consistent message is key for building trust. You'd want to develop core talking points about your company's mission and values. Then you can adapt those points slightly for different audiences. Employees want to know about culture and where the company is going. Investors care about market opportunity and traction. Customers want to know how you solve their problem. You might create a brand guide or messaging framework. Do you have a mission statement? What are your key differentiators? I could help you think through how to frame these for each audience.
Afterwith Internal Narrative
CORE NARRATIVE: WeTransfer 2.0

ONE TRUTH (tested hypothesis):
Engineer-to-engineer workflows break because sync tools were designed for IT, not developers. We fix developer velocity by automating the toil.

AUDIENCE-SPECIFIC FRAMING:

INVESTORS:
Focus: TAM + Traction + Unit Economics
Narrative: "25M engineers globally waste 6 hrs/week on manual toil. Our bottom-up motion captured 150 accounts, 12% MoM growth, 89% retention. Target: 10% penetration = 1B ARR."
Talking point: How we avoid Slack problem (free layer, enterprise packaging)

EMPLOYEES:
Focus: Mission + Career Path + Why Here
Narrative: "We're building the operating system for developer teams. Joining now (Series A) means you ship for millions of engineers, own a function, and own equity that 10xs if we hit 1B."
Talking point: Why we say no to non-developers (product-market fit tool, not platform)

CUSTOMERS:
Focus: Problem → Solution → Proof
Narrative: "Code review merging steals your best engineers 2 hours weekly. Our 3-click workflow integrates GitHub and Slack to automate it, saving 10+ hours/team/month."
Talking point: How customers measure ROI (hours saved × engineer cost/hr)

CONTRADICTION AUDIT:
Claim (Investors): "We're at $2M ARR"
Claim (Employees): "We're early, lots of runway ahead"
Resolve: "2M ARR with 18-month capital = plenty of time to 5M before next round"

REFLECTION ACROSS NARRATIVES:
✓ Engineers always centerpiece (not "users")
✓ Developer efficiency always the lever (not enterprise bloat)
✓ Traction is real; mission is ambitious but grounded
