I can review your positioning strategy for you. There are several angles to consider — your competitive differentiation, how you're targeting customers, what your core message is, and whether you're using the right channels to reach them. A good review would look at your positioning statement, your target customer profile, and how well your messaging aligns with what customers actually care about. I'd want to see your current positioning, who you're selling to, and what your key marketing channels are. Then I can give you feedback on areas to strengthen.

POSITIONING INTERROGATION

QUESTION 1: THE ONE-SENTENCE TEST
Fill this: "We help sales leaders achieve higher pipeline velocity by automating lead qualification."
Your draft: "We help SaaS founders build dashboards without code."
DIAGNOSIS: Vague. "Dashboards" could mean 100 things. "Without code" is table-stakes now.

→ REFRAME: "We help SaaS founders cut churn by showing them which features drive retention before users ghost."
Why it works: Outcome is quantified (cut churn), specific (feature-to-retention link), not generic.

QUESTION 2: ICP — DOES IT HAVE TEETH?
Your ICP: "SaaS founders with $1-10M ARR"
DIAGNOSIS: Too broad. That's 6 different buying committees (PLG founder vs VC-backed B2B vs marketplace).

→ NARROW: "SaaS founders building B2B workflow tools, series A, selling to operations teams."
Why: PLG vs Sales-Led have opposite messaging. B2B vs B2C pricing is 5x different. Target one.

QUESTION 3: MESSAGE HOUSE — DOES IT PERSUADE?
Your three pillars: "Easy to use" | "Fast" | "Integrates with everything"
DIAGNOSIS: Generic. Every competitor claims these.

→ REBUILD:
Primary message: "Stop guessing which features work. Track every action, spot the pattern, act on it." (specific problem + outcome)
Pillar 1: "Retention intelligence without the data scientist" (competitor proof)
Pillar 2: "See churn signals 30 days early" (differentiated claim)
Pillar 3: "One click to act: email cohort, pause feature, launch win-back" (value motion)

QUESTION 4: CHANNEL MIX — DO YOU OWN A CHANNEL?
Your mix: Google Ads, LinkedIn, content, sales outreach ("everything")
DIAGNOSIS: Scattered. You own none of these — every competitor bids the same keywords.

→ CONCENTRATE: Become the thought leader on churn via:
• Weekly 3-min video on "founders ask me why they churn..." → YouTube/TikTok owned audience
• Partner with 5 SaaS podcasts (show only to founders, high trust) → Owned through relationships
• Sales playbook template (free) → Trade email for positioning dominance in your ICP
← After 6 months, your brand = churn authority. Then paid ads work 2x better.

ACTION THIS WEEK
• Rewrite positioning statement (lean into your unfair advantage)
• Define one single ICP (stop targeting everyone)
• Pick one owned channel and ship 2 weeks of content
• Measure: Do leads from this positioning convert 20%+ higher? If yes, scale it. If no, reframe.
