LESSON #1: Beta groups catch what interviews miss
Why? Because people discover new needs while actually using the product. Interviews are artificial.

LESSON #2: Your best marketing is listening closely
Those customers who said "finally you get it"? They're now telling their networks. No paid ads, no fancy copywriting. Just built what people actually asked for.
