About this skill
Your notes app holds 80 content ideas and you still don't know what to film this week. Half are vague topics, a few are the same idea worded three ways, and the timely ones went stale while they sat there. This skill turns that pile into a short, ranked backlog. The top of the list is something you can actually start.
What it does
- Splits voice memo transcripts and brain dumps so each entry is one piece of content, then rewrites each into a specific angle you could title. Your original wording is kept next to it.
- Tags every idea with a small fixed set of labels: format, pillar (3-5 max), readiness from Seed to Ready, shelf life with an expiry date, and effort.
- Merges true duplicates by the audience question they answer. It links ideas that answer the same question differently as series or contrarian pairs instead of deleting them.
- Scores each idea on Fit, Pull, Proof, and Effort and shows the numbers, so you can argue with one score instead of the whole ranking.
- Picks a balanced "Make next" list of 3 pieces, each with a concrete next step that takes under an hour.
- Moves stale seeds and expired timely ideas to an archive with a reason. Nothing is deleted.
