Email Sequence
When the user wants to create or optimize an email sequence, drip campaign, automated email flow, or lifecycle email program.
Before & after
Same prompt, same agent — the only difference is the skill.
Here's a welcome sequence structure for SaaS trial signups: Email 1 (Day 0): Welcome and getting started Email 2 (Day 2): Highlight a key feature Email 3 (Day 5): Share a use case or success story Email 4 (Day 10): Check in and offer help Email 5 (Day 13): Trial ending reminder with upgrade CTA Tips: - Keep emails focused on one action - Personalize where you can - Make the value clear - Include clear CTAs Would you like help writing the copy for any of these?
WELCOME SEQUENCE — 14-day trial. The mistake most sequences make is
selling the product; this one drives to the ACTIVATION moment, because a
trial that activates converts and one that doesn't never will.
FIRST: WHAT'S THE ACTIVATION EVENT?
Not "logged in" — the first real outcome (first report built, first
integration connected). Every email below points at it.
DAY 0 — one job: get them to the activation event
Subject: "Your first win in 3 minutes"
Not a feature tour. One link to the single action that matters.
DAY 1 — did they activate?
Activated → skip ahead to depth. Not activated → this email removes
the specific blocker (branch the sequence here; this is the highest-
leverage email).
DAY 3 — the second-value moment
Now that they've felt one win, show the feature that compounds it.
DAY 6 — proof
A concrete result from a similar user. Numbers, not adjectives.
DAY 10 — the objection
Handle the top reason people don't convert, directly.
DAY 13 — trial ending
Urgency + the outcome they've already felt. "You built X; keep it."
THE BRANCH THAT MATTERS
Day 1 splits activated vs. not. Sending the same day-3 feature email to
someone who never completed step one wastes the whole sequence.
