Prompt“I just signed a brand deal, help me track the deadlines and deliverables”

Congrats on landing a brand deal! I can help you organize the terms and deadlines. You'd want to track things like when deliverables are due, what exactly you're delivering (post, video, etc.), payment milestones, and any exclusivity clauses. I'd suggest setting up a simple tracking sheet or doc with deadlines. If you share the deal terms with me, I can help you structure it in a way that's easy to track and makes sure you don't miss anything.

About this skill

You signed three sponsors this month, and now the details are spread across email threads and PDFs. A draft was due for brand approval last Tuesday, you can't remember whether that serum deal blocks the sunscreen pitch, and one invoice is 20 days late. This skill turns every contract into one tracker. Each deliverable gets a draft deadline, each rights window gets an end date, and each payment gets an aging clock. Every week you get a short list of what needs doing.

What it does

  • Pulls the terms that matter out of a pasted contract or brief: fee, payment triggers, deliverables, posting window, revision rounds, exclusivity, usage rights, and post-live obligations. Anything the contract doesn't cover gets flagged instead of guessed.
  • Works backward from each go-live date to set start-by, draft-due, and approval-needed dates, and flags windows too short to fit the revision rounds the contract allows
  • Logs exclusivity and paid-usage rights as dated windows and checks every new pitch against them before you reply
  • Tracks money separately from content, with one line per payment milestone, aging buckets, and ready-to-send payment follow-ups
  • Produces a weekly digest sorted by urgency, not by brand: overdue, due within 48 hours, brands that haven't replied, rights expiring soon, and unpaid invoices
  • Puts a correct disclosure on every sponsored draft it writes

What you get

A per-deliverable tracker table you can paste into Sheets or Notion, plus a payments ledger, a list of rights and exclusivity windows, and flags for conflicts and missing terms. On request it also gives you a weekly status digest or a go/no-go check on a new deal.

Best for

Creators on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts who run several sponsorships at once without a manager, and the small teams or assistants who handle their deal operations.

It works backward from each go-live date to set draft and approval deadlines, logs exclusivity and usage rights as dated windows, tracks payment milestones and how late they are, and produces an urgency-sorted weekly digest. Use when the user says "log this brand deal", "I just signed a sponsorship, what do I owe them", "what's due this week across my sponsors", "does this new deal clash with my exclusivity", "a brand still hasn't paid me", "I keep missing sponsor deadlines", "the brand is asking for a third round of edits", or pastes a contract or campaign brief.
