3-Panel Character Sheet & Frame-Map Patch

A v3.0 patch to both cinema-pipeline skills. banana-pro-director-3.0 replaces the 6-panel character sheet with a 3-panel layout (headless full-body front, full-body rear with head, chest-up face lock) so the identity-anchoring face gets far more pixel budget, cutting drift when that sheet feeds into video generation. cinema-worldbuilder-pro-3.0 adds a Frame Map that locks screen position and depth before identity is described, switches FOV to degrees instead of millimeters (which Seedance treats as a discrete snap value), converts abstract direction into physically renderable behavior (exact speeds, density percentages), and uses named element tags (@sol_ref) instead of image numbers.

What you get

  • 3-panel character sheet template (headless front, rear with head, chest-up face lock)
  • garment-aware neck-cut logic (ghost mannequin vs. clean neck cut)
  • Frame Map for locking screen position/depth
  • degree-based FOV control
  • behavior-based prompt language instead of vague descriptors
  • named element tags.

Customize your output

  • Panel layout (3-panel default or legacy 6-panel on request)
  • neck-cut style per garment type
  • FOV values in degrees
  • naming convention for element tags.

Example output

A 3-panel reference sheet for a character in a translucent amber PVC raincoat: headless full-body front for silhouette, rear view with head for hair/back detail, and a chest-up face-lock portrait, all on a matched mid-gray backdrop with consistent lighting and skin tone across panels.

Best for

Existing users of banana-pro-director and cinema-worldbuilder upgrading to reduce character drift across multi-shot AI video projects.
