Action Builder
Turns locked references into live-action Seedance video prompts: scene context, beats and reusable segments, with a built-in linter.
About this skill
action-builder (formerly seedance-prompt-rig, before that shot-builder-cinematic-action)
What it does. Turns locked references into live-action video prompts for ByteDance Seedance (1.0, 1.5 pro, 2.0, 2.5) on the Prompt Rig — three tiers sorted by how long each fact stays true: CONTEXT once per scene, BEATS one per shot, PROMPT SEGMENTS saved and reused across projects. 27 named blocks in an ALL-CAPS key grammar that round-trips through the ReelStack Sequence Builder.
What it owns. Action, staging, choreography, dialogue timed to clip length, performance ("dead eyes" fixes), reference role lines with explicit exclusions, one camera move per beat, positive locks instead of a negative wall, cuts kept inside each model's real budget, reference-to-video and video-to-video from a 3D blockout or previz (the reference governs camera and timing, the prompt governs the performance). Includes a linter and a post-render verification checklist.
Not for. Making the reference images (reference-builder) or motion graphics (mograph-builder).
| Input | the brief, reference-builder tokens and images, a beat or shot list |
| Output | Seedance prompts in the rig grammar; saved PROMPT SEGMENTS packs |
| Feeds | any Seedance host (FAL, Kie, Higgsfield, ReelStack Sequence Builder) |
| Spends | nothing — the prompt is the product; rendering happens wherever you run Seedance |

Motion graphics from an AI video model: one style-locked motion sheet, then transcript-timed prompt packs for collage, type and B-roll.

Motion graphics as code: a script becomes deterministic Remotion scenes with charts, counters, maps and particle worlds, frame-exact.
Reference Builder
Generates cast turnarounds, location plates, style sheets and contact sheets as reusable tokens so identity and place stop drifting.

Interviews you until intention, look, camera, cast and deliverables are locked, then writes the one brief every other skill reads.
