WHY A CHECKLIST, NOT A PARAGRAPH
A prose description gets paraphrased differently each time it's used. A
checklist of locked attributes gets inherited verbatim — "hair: shoulder
length, copper, center part" is either in the prompt exactly or it
isn't. That exactness is what stops the drift.

bible written after 20 shots means 20 shots to redo. Build it first,

- Fits the beat map to your runtime and the number of shots it can hold, and tells you when the plot is too big for the clip count
- Defines wardrobe states (W1, W2, damaged versions) tied to beats, plus a reference-sheet prompt for each character
- Locks each voice in two layers: how they talk, and the exact TTS voice settings
- Checks pasted shot prompts against canon and returns PASS or FIX for each shot, with the exact replacement text
