You could go through your video manually and add sound effects where they make sense. You'd need to identify the moments in dialogue or action where sound effects would help, then find or create the right audio files and place them at the exact timestamps. That takes a lot of time to get the timing right. You could use a video editor to layer in the sound effects. This is pretty labor-intensive if you have lots of videos.
