Before & after

Same prompt, same agent — the only difference is the skill.

PromptTurn 'why founders fail at fundraising' into a YouTube series.
Beforegeneric AI agent
You could break that topic into multiple episodes exploring different angles. You might have one episode about mindset, another about pitch deck mistakes, one on investor targeting, and so on. Each episode should build on the others to create a complete narrative. You'll want to plan out your content calendar so you're consistent with uploads. Think about what your audience wants to learn and what keeps them coming back. How long would you like each episode to be?
Afterwith Series Planner Skill
YOUTUBE SERIES: "Founders Fail: The Fundraising Truth" (8-part sequential narrative)

SERIES PREMISE: Track one archetypal founder through the entire fundraising journey, showing real mistakes at each stage. Each episode reveals one hidden reason most founders never close funding.

EPISODE SEQUENCE:

EP 1: "Timing is a Trap" (Weeks 1-2 release)
Why: Founders pitch too early (pre-product, no traction). Too late (runway burned). Right answer: 6-month runway left, measurable product-market signals.
Learning: Most founders raise when cash runs out, not when narrative is strongest.

EP 2: "Investors Don't Invest in Founders" (Week 2)
Why: Solo founder attempts (statistically fail 7x more). No cofounder = no deal momentum in competitive check-in.
Learning: Chemistry matters; investors back TEAMS not ideas.

EP 3: "Your Deck Tells the Wrong Story" (Week 3)
Why: 25-slide decks that feature product-shot-then-financials order. Investors read: problem, traction, solution, market, then ask about business model.
Learning: Deck structure is narrative structure; wrong order = no interest.

EP 4: "You're Pitching the Wrong VCs" (Week 3)
Why: Mass-email strategy (to 200 VCs). VCs get 500+ pitches monthly. Shotgun approach filters TO NOISE.
Learning: Warm intros from existing portfolio companies increase close rate 40x.

EP 5: "The Valuation Prison" (Week 4)
Why: Anchoring too high at first meeting. Negotiate later rounds backward from seed cap.
Learning: First round valuation less important than investor partner quality.

EP 6: "Due Diligence Theater" (Week 4)
Why: Unprepared for data room (no cap table, no customer contracts, muddled financials). VCs spend 40% of DD time on admin.
Learning: Organized founders close 3 weeks faster.

EP 7: "The Final No" (Week 5)
Why: Founders give up after 5 rejections (average close is rejection 17). Bad data = false negatives.
Learning: Track feedback patterns. Bad fit vs bad narrative are different.

EP 8: "After the Check Clears" (Week 5)
Why: Raised money but burned it without hitting next milestone. Series A becomes Series A"'. Need growth plan, not growth theater.
Learning: Raise tied to milestone roadmap.

CONTENT CALENDAR:
Mondays: Video drops (8am PT). Thursdays: Behind-the-scenes email (case study from actual founder). First release: Sept 2. Series complete: Oct 14.

CROSS-PLATFORM ADAPTATION:
YouTube: 14-18 min deep dives, full production, graphics, guest interviews with active VCs. TikTok: 45-sec highlight clips ("Mistake founders make in week 1 of fundraising"). LinkedIn: Executive summary of each ep as carousels. Newsletter: Founder email chain (narrative arc continues between episodes, call-to-action to YouTube).
