About this skill
Your show notes say "In this episode we chat with..." and nobody presses play. Your chapters drift 40 seconds from the audio because the intro was added after transcription. The links section has a misspelled book title, a guessed URL, or both. This skill writes show notes the way a podcast producer does: from the transcript, aimed at the listener deciding in the app preview, with every timestamp and link checked or flagged.
What it does
- Writes a preview-first opening line that survives app truncation, built from the episode's most specific claim or tension
- Builds chapter timestamps from real transcript timecodes and corrects for intros, pre-rolls, and cut sections added after transcription
- Flags proper nouns the transcription probably misheard, such as names, books, and companies, so you are not left with silent errors
- Compiles a links list of only what was actually mentioned, with [link needed] markers instead of invented URLs
- Handles sponsor chapters, promo codes, and affiliate disclosure without burying ads inside topic chapters
