Before & after

Same prompt, same agent — the only difference is the skill.

PromptSharpen this landing page hero copy: "We help teams do more with less."
Beforegeneric AI agent
Here's a sharpened version of your hero copy:

"Empower your team to achieve more with less effort."

Or you could try:

"Do more with less — the smarter way to work."

A few suggestions:
- Consider being more specific about what your product does
- Add a benefit-focused subheadline
- Include a clear call to action

The current copy is a bit generic. Making it more specific to your actual product would help it resonate with your target audience.

Would you like a few more variations?
Afterwith Copy Editing
The problem isn't the wording, it's that the sentence is true of every
company. "Do more with less" could headline a CRM, a payroll tool, or a
mop. Editing it into "empower your team" moves it sideways, not forward.

WHAT'S WRONG, SPECIFICALLY
  • It states a benefit category, not a benefit. Every reader nods and
    forgets it.
  • "Teams" and "more with less" are placeholders where specifics
should be. The reader can't picture themselves because there's
    nothing to picture.
  • No verb that only your product could own.

THE FIX ISN'T A REWRITE — IT'S AN INPUT
I can't sharpen this into something that lands without one fact: what
does the product actually do, and for whom? "More with less" is what
you'd say if you couldn't say the real thing. Give me the real thing and
this gets sharp fast.

WHAT SHARP LOOKS LIKE (once I know the product)
Vague: "We help teams do more with less."
Sharp: "Close the books in 3 days, not 3 weeks." (if it's accounting)
Sharp: "Ship on-call runbooks your whole team can follow at 3am."
          (if it's ops)
Each names a specific pain, a specific outcome, and a number. That's
the shape; the content has to be true.

TWO EDITS I CAN MAKE RIGHT NOW, BLIND
  1. Kill "do more with less" regardless — it's the single most
over-used SaaS phrase and it signals "generic" to a skeptical
     visitor.
  2. Whatever replaces it, put the concrete outcome in the first four
words. The hero is read in a glance; the payoff can't be at the
     end.

Tell me in one sentence what it does for whom, and I'll give you three
hero lines that couldn't belong to anyone else.
