Multi-Platform Content Calendar Planner
A cross-platform content calendar sized to your real production hours, with weekly anchor pieces repurposed into native posts.
Before & after
Same prompt, same agent — the only difference is the skill.
Building a content calendar for multiple platforms is a good way to stay organized. You'd want to think about what topics resonate with your audience, what formats work best on each platform, and how often you can realistically post. You might sketch out a rough theme for each week and then break it down by platform. Do you have content pillars or recurring themes? What's your posting frequency on each platform? It would help to know more about your audience and what's worked well in the past before we map out a full month.
MONTHLY CONTENT CALENDAR (August) THEME: Personal Finance Wins (YouTube long-form) + Daily Tips (Instagram Reels) WEEK 1: Side Hustles YouTube (Wed): "I tested 5 side hustles for 30 days—here are the top 3" (12-15 min) Instagram (Daily, Mon-Fri): 30-sec clips from the video + 1 original tip each day WEEK 2: Saving Strategies YouTube (Wed): "The 50/30/20 rule doesn't work (here's what does)" (10 min) Instagram (Daily): Budgeting hacks + savings psychology WEEK 3: Investing Basics YouTube (Wed): "Beginners guide to index funds" (14 min, highest retention expected) Instagram (Daily): Index vs. individual stocks, cost of waiting, risk tolerance WEEK 4: Subscriber Stories (Community) YouTube (Fri): "Your money wins—stories from 50+ of you" (18 min, engagement play) Instagram (Daily, Sun-Fri): Highlight submissions, reshare wins, build community CROSS-PLATFORM SYNC → Record long-form YouTube audio first; extract 5 short clips per video for Instagram → YouTube captions auto-generate; rewrite 3 per week for Instagram hook text → Instagram performance feeds back to YouTube topic selection next month
About this skill
Your content calendar looks great on Sunday and is dead by Wednesday. That usually happens because it asks for more posts than one person can make, it pastes the same thing onto every platform, and it leaves no room for a bad week or a timely post. This skill plans the way a small studio producer would. It works out your hours first, builds each week around one anchor piece, and cuts that anchor into native posts with real production dates.
What it does
- Checks your planned output against your real weekly hours and tells you what to cut before you commit
- Builds each week around one anchor (video, episode, or essay) and spells out how each derivative changes per platform: hook, length, aspect ratio, and CTA
- Writes the period's theme as a one-sentence promise, gives each week a sub-angle, and rotates 3-4 content pillars so posts never feel random
- Reserves flex slots for timely posts, each with an evergreen fallback so nothing goes empty
- Plans launches backward from the fixed date: awareness, proof, open, objections, close, and recap, with a controlled promo density
- Reviews a calendar you paste in and returns specific slot-level fixes
What you get
A date-by-platform grid. Each row lists slot type, pillar, the job the post does (reach, trust, or convert), the hook, a format spec, the source anchor, and a produce-by date. Below the grid you get a batch production schedule and a week-2 review checkpoint.
Best for
Solo creators and small teams who publish on 2-5 platforms (YouTube, short-form, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcast, newsletter), post reactively or burn out, and want a plan they can actually ship.
